Halloween Spooktacular

Published

Once again, the Chamber is partnering with Shelton Downtown Merchants to present Halloween Spooktacular. This year’s festivities will return to Railroad Ave with all activities being held outdoors. The community is invited for an evening of trick-or-treating with local businesses!

The event hours are 4:00-6:00p on Friday, October 28. Railroad Ave will be closed from Second to Fifth, beginning at 2:00p.

Local businesses and organizations are invited to pop up a tent or open their trunk to the community trick-or-treaters. This will be set-up similar to the Chamber’s Expo & Bite of Mason County: each participant will be assigned a parking space and priority placement will be given to those businesses with location along the route. Decorations and creative candy dispensing are encouraged!

Please note that each participant will be allocated a parking space along Railroad Ave (the roadway will be closed). There is plenty of room for vehicles, displays, and other equipment along with a tent & table. Electricity is not available. Priority placement will be provided to participants who have a storefront along Railroad Ave.

We enter at our own risk and will abide by all event rules and regulations as well as state and local laws and guidelines. We further agree that if any damages or loss be occasioned or damages occur from any cause, to the booth or table, merchandise, decoration, or articles that we may enter with this entry, we will make no claim against the event committee, the Shelton-Mason County Chamber of Commerce, Shelton Downtown Merchants, and/or City of Shelton: and we further agree to indemnify the aforementioned against any legal proceeding for personal injuries of property damage arising from an accident of any cause whatsoever.
