On Friday, July 21, Railroad Avenue will once again play stage to a day-long street fair highlighting the best of Mason County. The largest business & restaurant event in Mason County, the Expo is attended by thousands of community members each year. It has the feeling of a high energy block party with businesses and community organizations drawing on showmanship and flair to get your attention while sharing what makes their business so dynamic.

Best known for its interactive activities, affordable food bites from local restaurants and caterers, and its showcase of retailers, the Expo also features professional services, non-profits, and community organizations.

Registration is now open online at https://masonchamber.com/eventscalendar/street-fair-bite-of-mason-county/registration/. Pricing begins at $100 (waived at some levels of membership) and sponsorship opportunities are available. An early bird discount will also be applied to payments received on or before June 15, 2023.

Melanie Bakala of State Farm Insurance shared, “I have participated in a lot of events like this in other communities, and our Chamber’s Expo is a unique blend of business and community that provides unparalleled exposure.” Cedar Bodyworks & Massage’s Brenda Windom said, “I saw a few families with kids having a fun family day. Couples, wheelchairs, old and young; this was a nice, affordable day out for lots of people. Good job Chamber! The event brought a lot of folks downtown and let them know about goods and services available that they otherwise would never know existed.”

As always, this event offers residents a chance to check out local services, retailers, and restaurants in a fun, casual atmosphere. Vendors entertain and interact by hosting games, offering giveaways and drawing free raffles throughout the day and our restaurants prepare delectable bites of food for a great value. Admission and parking are free to the public.
