2024 Small Business Scavenger Hunt hosted by Chambers, EDC
In partnership with the Economic Development Council of Mason County and North Mason Chamber, we are hosting a Small Business Scavenger Hunt for the whole month of May! Check out the routes and the gameplay details below. Happy hunting! #masoncountystrong #smallbusinessmonth
How To Play:
The game starts Wednesday, May 1 and continues until end of day, Friday, May 31. Your mission is to find hidden QR codes scattered throughout participating Mason County small businesses.
Note: We highly recommend downloading a QR code scanner app for the game.
- Search and Discover: Explore the participating small businesses to find the hidden QR codes.
- Capture the Clues: When you find a QR code, screenshot the message it reveals. This will be proof that you visited the location.
- Earn Entries: To qualify for a chance to win Mason County themed prize baskets, you must: Find at least 50% of the total QR codes for each route. *Please note that Shelton has two scavenger hunt routes due to size.
- For a bonus entry: Discover all QR codes within a route.

Submit any of these fun photos for extra entries into the drawings for the Mason County themed prize baskets.

- Group shots inside or in front of location
- Outside shots (Street view)
- Merchandise offered
- Showcase services provided
- The business owner or manager (with permission)
- Enjoying a food item or beverage from the business
